The premium sprocket is machined and hobbed in our own Australian factory with the latest CNC equipment to produce a precise and wear-resistant product. The sprocket is made of 1045 grade round steel and is hobbed to fit the CA550 chain.

If the clients have hardness requirements in teeth, we can do the high-frequency quenching in teeth	6. After finishing production, we can test the hardness to make sure it can meet the requirement of the drawings.
